Internet access does not prove that devices can communicate on your local network.
- Keep A2D2, your phone and speakers on networks allowed to communicate with each other. Guest or isolated IoT networks may block this.
- Check the router’s client list and any quarantine or blocked-device entry for A2D2. Allow the intended local communication rather than disabling security for every device.
- If a phone VPN blocks local access, use its allow-local-network option or briefly disconnect it for a test, then restore it.
- On a mesh, compare access near A2D2’s node with access elsewhere. Ethernet to the main router is another useful comparison.
Tell support whether A2D2 appears but will not open, or is absent entirely. These are different symptoms. Working cloud-connected devices do not rule out a local-network problem.
