Where your order ships from

You receive a tracking email when your parcel leaves the warehouse.

• UK and rest of world: dispatch from our UK warehouse. UK orders use Royal Mail Tracked 48; check your dispatch email for the service used for an international order.
• European Union: dispatch from our German warehouse, with no customs charges or import VAT on that EU warehouse shipment.
• United States: dispatch from our Virginia warehouse by USPS.

Orders placed at the weekend leave on the next working day. Check your inbox and spam folder for the tracking email. Delivery time depends on the destination and service; the tracking link gives the latest progress.

If you have no dispatch email or the parcel has stopped moving, contact support with your order number and delivery country.
