2. Unpack your A2D2 Stream and power it on. We include a USB A-C cable and the device can be powered by an old phone charger or similar.

Aim for a 5V 1A power supply

3. Whilst A2D2 Stream is loading for the first time, you’ll want to download our iOS or Android apps.

A2D2 Stream will be ready to configure once the Blue LED on the device stops flashing

4. Open the App and tap ‘Add New Device’ and you’ll be prompted to join the Wireless network A2D2 Stream created by clicking on ‘Open WiFi Settings’.

Here, your phone will open its Settings App and list available WiFi networks. It's A2D2 you're looking for here.

The WiFi network will be in the format A2D2-XXXX where XXXX is unique per device. The password for the network is 123456789
5. Your phone may prompt you saying “Connect without internet”.

Just accept this prompt (on some phones you need to select always connect).
6. Return back to the A2D2 App.
7. Select ‘I’ve joined A2D2 Stream’s WiFi network’ in the App. You will be prompted to enter the WiFi name (SSID) and password for the network you want to join the device too - i.e your home WiFi network.

Important: Some routers create two similar network names, one for 2.4G and one for 5G. In this case, don’t select the 5G network.

If your WiFi name and password is correctly entered, A2D2 Stream will re-boot and you will see a blue flashing LED.

Important

If A2D2 Stream's Blue LED doesn't start flashing after 20 seconds, then you'll need to repeat step 4 onwards again. Double check your home WiFi network's name and password is correct.
8. If your A2D2 Stream does not reboot with a blue flashing LED, the network name or password are incorrect.

Please try again from step 4.

9. Once the blue LED stops flashing, the unit is ready and connected to your WiFi network.

Go to ‘Devices’ in the app and tap on the newly discovered A2D2 Stream and you’re good to go!

If your A2D2 Stream doesn't appear right away, then pull down in the App to refresh the discovery process.
